Selecting a new cheap Mediawiki hosting

After moving to personal site from a Wordpress blog to MediaWiki, I don't need anymore the managed Wordpress features of my package with IONOS.
Even if the service is great, I am considering other alternatives so I can cut my bill.
My requirements
Must Have
- Great customer service
- SSL Wildcard certificate
- At least 10€ a year cheaper than 55,50€ (VAT included, or 45,87€ without taxes).
- 3 subdomains
- 20GB SSD storage
- 1 email account with 1GB storage
- 1 FTP user
- PHP and other standard features
Nice to Have
- Customer service in Spanish language.
- Customer service by phone (national calls from Spain)
- Unlimited subdomains
- 25GB SSD storage
- SSH access
- Free domain (first year)
- Unlimited transfer
